KEY FEATURES

What is it?
ShineDuglass is a range of glow in the dark screen-printed tempered glass, developed in-house by the Ariño Duglass R&D department.

Versality
ShineDuglass can be printed & tempered like standard ceramic paints. It is suitable for monolithic, laminated and insulated glass for interior or exterior applications.

Composition & Luminescent Properties
ShineDuglass uses luminescent pigments based on dysprosium and europium doped strontium aluminate (SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+). It exhibits exceptional persistence in luminescence efficiency, as well as high stability.

No Heavy Metals
All materials used are free from lead, cadmium, and lithium.

Adaptability
ShineDuglass is currently avalilable in Yellow-Green & Blue-Green. The luminescence & clarity are customizable, creating a unique solution for each project.

Applications
ShineDuglass maintains luminescence for more than 7 hours, and is suitable for applicantions such as:

  • Emergency signs/windows
  • Decorative glass for interiors & exteriors
  • Non-slip walk-on glass & stair treads, balustrades, handrails.
